I booked a double room - got a twin. It was a case of take it or leave it as we arrived with little time to change location. The room was cold, there was a shortage of hot water and the staff weren't so friendly when informed of the problems. It was a case of we have your money so we don't really care. I would advise anyone thinking of staying at this hotel to give it serious thought as i'd never stay there again. Thomas, Glasgow.
