Hotel Grand Continental Melaka, Melaka

This hotel was the worst i ever stayed in... The staff was not only rude, but also inefficient and unhelpful. When i called for room service, i asked for 2 pillows, but after an hour the pillows still had not arrived. I had to call again to remind them, and they came up with many excuses. Finally after waiting for about 2 hours the pillows came. In addition, my toilet was constantly flooded each time we bath and flushed the toilet. In addition, the tap water was yellowish. The aircon too, was stuffy and hot. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone if u want a great trip. For me, this hotel really ruined my trip!!!!

I called to make a reservation few weeks ago. 1 of the staff by the name of Debbie from the reservation department was the 1 who take my reservation. She was very rude. She did not know how to respect others coz when i check in that day, i saw her scolded a staff from the front office department infront of all the other guest. What type of service is all this? She's suppose to respect all her guest including all the other staff. She shouldn't scold them infront of all the guest. I'm really very dissapointed with her service. Your room was perfect, front office staff was very friendly especially Nizam. He gave me all the direction i wanted and was always smilling to all the guest. Lastly, i would recomend this hotel to all my friends and relatives. My family and i are looking foward to stay in ur place again but do not wish to see this kind of bad service anymore. Thanks.
