Will Not Come Back

I expected more. The Holiday Inn Express Brampton is nice and I was expecting the same quality of room comfort, decor, and overall feel of a hotel that doesn't give the impression of a jail cell. For a hotel that is supposed to be new (according to clickbook), this place is a dump. The people at the front counter on October 17, have no idea what they are doing. The man ran my credit card through a machine on the back of a piece of scrap paper. When I asked him to give that paper to me, he started crossing off the imprint of the card with a marker. I immediatly crumbled up the paper and threw it in a trash can. Do these people know what they are doing?
Why is the credit card imprinted on the back of the invoice and stored in a company file? They said it is company policy.
I think that after the recent amount of credit card theft (especially at Holidy Inn) that there would be greater care taken with customer credit card information.
I will use Holiday Inn as a last resort in the future.
