What went wrong?
I have been very happy with the days Inn chain in the past, but was very disappointed in this one. The hotel was nowhere near full, but the front desk decided it best to cram the guests in one end of the hotel. I realize the staff is not responsible for the actions of their guests, but a late night check-in who is slamming doors and blaring the television could have been assigned a room away from the other guests. And as if the worst nights sleep I've had in a hotel wasn't bad enough, there was no hot water in the morning! For my troubles they refunded $10.00 of my room charge. I'm sorry, but that doesn't cut it! While I'll continue to stay at Days Inns, I'll never stay at this one again.
