Watch out at night!
The hotel itself seems ok at first (rooms are large and roomy), but this is hardly a safe or clean hotel. The receptionists are nice, but at night time they are protected behind bullet proof glass (while you're left to fend for yourself). There is no metro anywhere near the hotel, and Taxis never go there (the hotel can call you one, but it takes an hour to arrive). I had to hitch hike to get to my meeting downtown! My bed also had bedbugs, and the walls were so thin I heard the guy next door snooring the whole night through. The hotel is also right next to train tracks, so you're likely to be waken up several times during the night.
Yes, it was cheaper than most hotels downtown (and had fresh waffles for breakfast), but I can't imagine going back.
