GuestHouse Inn Little Rock, Little Rock

We stayed at their apartment for six months and had a wonderful stay. They have a very friendly staff who make u feel like u r at home. I had a small baby so used to to stay full time in the apartment. The people around were really friendly, courteous and helpful. Though we hardly had any complaints with apartment but if something happened It was sorted out the as soon as possible even if it's a weekend. The shuttle service was also very helpful as we were new to little rock. All the drivers were very friendly and helpful. Apartments are very clean and teressa does her work very meticulously. I have never seen anybody so much dedicated to her work as her. Very pleasant scenic beauty outside the apartment. Even while leaving the apartment they will deal in a very friendly manner. I highly recommend this place for stay.

Staff was most friendly and accomodating. Suite was quite clean and met our needs totally. Location proximity to UAMS made trips to their Institute easy and quick.

The rooms are modern, quiet and comfortable with a pleasant helpful staff. We liked the hosts and staff and convenience so much that we are staying in their apartments this winter for MM treatment while being treated as an outpatient at UAMS. It is very close to the facility and offers free shuttle service to the hospitals and grocery if you need it. Great drivers run each hour to UAMS and pick up or drop off to appointments. So convenient for people under doctors care! Quiet and clean. Best bet for extended stay.

I would recommend this hotel to those who will have to go to UAMS and surrounding health facilities. This hotel is peaceful and enjoyable. I have stayed there numerous times. The shuttle bus is terrific, it saves on gas. I

The staff was very friendly and courteous. They went out of their way to offer assistance. We were there for my husband's back surgery, and they offered to take us to the surgical center on their shuttle. The rooms were clean and spacious enough. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've had for budget lodging. When we stay away from home I almost always wake up with allergy problems, but I didn't have any trouble at the Guesthouse Inn. (This means that it is the ONLY place we'll stay in Little Rock!) I did notice that most of the guests were also there for medical reasons, so this is not where you want to stay for a romantic getaway. However, if you are in town for medical reasons this is great accommodations in a great location.

We were there for an overnight stay while my husband had surgery at St.Vincent Hospital. The staff was extremely helpful and tried to make you feel at home during a trying time. I found it very clean and convenient(within walking distance of the hospital and even a restaurant).

We have been staying at the Guesthouse Inn since 2003 when my husband started treatments for multiple myeloma. We continue to stay there for his regular check-ups. It is so convenient to the UAMS medical facilities. The shuttle bus was invaluable when we were staying for extended periods for his treatments. The staff were all friendly & caring and always ready to do anything to help. The managers go beyond the scope of managing and host Thanksgiving, Christmas, & Easter dinners for those patients & their families who can't go home for those holidays.

this was the most horrible hotel experience ever. the rooms are dated 1980's. look to be clean at frist glance but keep lookin and you will see different. the staff was ok but nobody really knew what they were talking about policies and procedures were explained to be differently by every staff member that i came incontact with. this place needs a major overhaulin in every area!!!!!

I have nothing but great things to say about GuestHouse Inn, I go there very often for husband goes to UAMS for medical care. The service was excellent, the last time we were there I had to use their transportation for I did not have a car then, Their rooms were exceptionally clean and service was great.
