Very Good Stay

We booked 6 rooms for my brother's wedding. Inn keeper Raj was helpful at every point. The pool was sparkling and we had local donuts, yummm under the gazeebo. My Mom had a handicapped room. Only problem was smokers smoking in non smoking rooms- a difficult problem everywhere. Stay here or go next door for double the price- this motel met all our needs.

Bad Experience

The location is the only positive point. Easy way in and out of the city. For $100.00 I could have had a better hotel in West Springfield. The room is small, the bathroom was dirty, spiderwebs all over, and the microwave and the fridge were never cleaned. Make sure you get a non-smoking room in case you asked for it, I didn't get it. They advertise free HBO but all I got was standard TV. It's AAA approved but no discounts were applied. The room was noisy and I had the horrible experience of having kids upstairs and the receptionist never answered the calls because they cannot speak English very well. I am still waiting for a refund. Well, it seems I will never go back.
