La Siesta Motel, Strongsville

La Siesta is no good its just a dump. The manager was rude, he was very hard headed and argued until i got money back. The rooms are very old, they have ant problems. They don't do a thing about the ants. Pleaase don't spend your money there go some where that is decent and clean.

Now for 2 weeks, every year, for the past 3 years I have. It is as good as a second home to me. It is nice to sit out front and relax in the evening by surfing the net with their high speed internet. It is close to stores, Wal*mart is directly across the street. The freeway is just a block away. And there are plenty of restaurants nearby. But the best part is the quiet, clean, large rooms, with cold A/C, and a fridge in room, some have microwaves as well. The staff is friendly and courteous. I just was there August 2010. I don't know why other dislike this place. I have never had any problems, and over the years, I have had rooms in the back, upstairs, left side and right side. So I think I have stayed in an assortment of what they have. For the price, I don't know what people expect. My room at Niagara Falls, was not as nice at twice the price.

I hated The room's they smelled carpet was very dirty and there were bed bugs i complained for 2 day's and finally got a refund from a hard headed foreigner!!!!!

The room was pretty dank; the AC unit condensate leaked into the carpeting. The bathroom door was missing (was supposedly removed by maintenance to replace the doorknob). The bed was fairly comfortable. It was close to the Ohio Turnpike, such that we were so ready to get the heck out. At $60 bucks, it was a lot of money for a pit. There is a decent breakfast place called Jennifer's down the road.

location was ideal....and we got a room facing some wooded area .. Seen a deer in the parking lot but it gives you a sense of being away from everything its fine fridge and microwave in room. My room was clean and the housekeeper was very pleasant and we plan on returning ... We have stayed everywhere in cleveland and every class of hotel... And its perfectly fine for what it is.. And very homey... Locally owned so the money stays in cleveland .. I firmly believe in the small business owner we need to support them thank you
