Colorado River Resort, Bullhead City

We didn't like anything about this place but we had to stay there all we could afford-we had just lost our job and place to live in one on the same day. We had to move from this place cause we finally ran out of money and had to leave. We were trying to get all of our stuff out when the manager said she was calling the police. We finally got our stuff out and every few minutes here she would come or her fat ugly daughter threatening us. We had our mail stolen things we were expecting "never arrived". I hope who ever owns it now will trat the people with respect and dignity and not a damn dollar sign. After we left we had to live in our truck and I still remember our daughter asking why she couldn't watch tv or sleep in a bed. Screw you Colorado River Resort!!!

This is the fithliest hotel/apartment i have ever been in, the manager LORI is RUDE and they go into your room when you are not their and claim that you damaged the room when you get back the room is a mess and they kick you out saying that you caused ants to love their, The ants are already in the room comeing out of the bathtub faucets and the outlets, its digusting then when they show you pictures of your supposid room its the WRONG room, They dont fix anything they are digusting and my recomindation do NOT ever ever go their as long as Lori is the Manager!!! They rip you off majorly

My family stayed at this hotel for 2 years .. the manager was very curtious and it was our place to call home. We will miss all the people that we have gotten the pleasure to become friends with. We would definetly go next time we go to bullhead again.

The management was very pleasant, when I had any problems they were always there to help fix the problem, plumbing, electrical, locks etc. Anna & Robert did a great job they will be greatly missed. Thank you a job, well done. :)

This place is the worst place I've every been! The manager Anna was completly RUDE the entire time, to me and my family. This is a run down place to stay, with all the people to go with it. Honestly it was scarry, we didn't end up staing because of the DIRTY room, rude lady, and the over all apperence of the place. I will never return. When I called later to talk to someone else, I couldn't get through, the phone line just keep ringing. So that's why I decided to post a review.

Well the only thing we did like was the location. What we didn't like was the way we were treated the last time we were there by the lady in the office. The place seemed to be run down looking, and dirty. We will not stay at this place again.
