Nasty Hotel Room
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/01/07
I was given room 202 , which was the dirtest hotel room that I have ever stayed in. There was dust everywhere and as you walked in the door there was a red stain on the banister that went all the way to the floor, it looked as if someone had thrown up in the room and the room cleaner( I use this word loosely) did not bother to clean it up. The room smelled terribly and I asked to be moved to another room. I was then moved to room 105 which had the usual dust everywhere, especially thick on top of the entertainment center. There was mold growing around the sprinkler over the bed and the bathtub was black and had foot prints in it. This room also smelled. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. The staff were nice but the rooms were terrible.

I couldn't believe what the desk clerk said.
By LeAnn, 08/20/07
This hotel is fine as far as cleanliness and service are concerened. However, when I told the check-in clerk that I had made my reservation online, he said that was always a bad idea because it's always cheaper to book directly through the hotel. When I mentioned that it was about $15 cheaper online compared to the booking thru the hotel as I had done on my last visit, he said that I probably had another check-in clerk and that the manager encourages them to charge as much as they think they can get by with. I am astounded that the manager has taught the employees to price gouge yet hasn't bothered to tell them to shut-up about it. Unbelievable.

Can't wait till my next stay!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/07/05
Staff service was far more than what I ever expected. During my trip I had a few unexpected medical problems and the staff went out of there way to make sure that I had everything I needed to make my stay as comfortable as possible. However the one thing that surprised me the most was there free breakfast. Most hotels that I have stayed at in the past only offered coffee, juice, donuts, muffins and maybe bisquits. The Comfort Inn offered all that plus eggs, meats and some of the best bisquits and gravy around.
