Awful Customer Service

The place was nice, but the employees especially the front desk staff were unfriendly, and moreover, would not give us an upgrade or assist us in any way when our reservation was made incorrectly. The company does not give their employees any descision making roles - they are like robots. There were plenty of vacant rooms, but the staff would not assist us at all. In the states, a workable solution would have been created for our reservation issue. Will not stay there again!!
