Homewood Suites Raleigh Cary, Cary

The Homewood Suites amazed me from the minute I entered the front doors. They accommodated our friends allergy and switched her room to a less fragrant room. They also left her an abundanceof coffee in her room. Our rooms were so clean and spacious. the housekeeper made our beds specific to how we liked them. We never ran out of anything. The breakfast was okay but the breakfast servers were so fun and sang as they worked. I had a week long stay and felt like I was coming home to a clean home. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Everyone deserves to be pampered!

This was a great place. The room was huge and very clean. The hotel was beautiful and the great room had many tables and couches to hang. We were there for vacation and it met every need. We did notice most people there were there for business. The continental breakfast had the best variety of food I've ever had. We stayed in 11 different hotels this vacation and this was in the top 2. Outside of city in wooded area which was nice. Homewood suites are always a good value.

Pros: The location is a nice quiet wooded area, yet still very close to plenty of good shops and restaurants. Also very close to the interstates with very easy (15-minute) access to downtown Raleigh. Full kitchenette, free breakfast, and free "light" dinner make this hotel a very good value. Plus, you have free access to a nearby fitness center that is very good. Staff is very friendly and helpful. As a Hilton HHonors Diamond member, I've frequently been upgraded to a 2-bedroom suite! Also, free wireless internet with a good signal strength throughout the hotel. Cons: The lobby area is nice, but not enough seating for busy mornings or evenings. I often have to take my breakfast outside to the pool area or take my beer back to my room after work because there is just simply no room to sit! And the water temperature is VERY hot coming out of the shower and sink - just a word of caution before you hop into the shower and scald yourself. Very few flaws and plenty of pros make this my favorite place to stay on my frequent business trips to the Raleigh area.

I like the fact that the suites are truly suites, with the bedroom separate (with a door)from the TV/living area. It is perfect when one person wants to go to bed before the other person, i.e. marrieds! The full breakfast was very good. It is in a quiet spot too. It is a good value for the money.

My husband and I drove from RI to Cary NC to visit family. Our reservation was for the courtyard marriot that is a stones throw away from the hilton homewood suites. When we arrived to the courtyard our room was filthy, they had not yet cleaned the room but they allowed us to go to our room. the hallways smelled of cat urine. We were very upset and the rate was 185.00 a night. They asked us to go get a bite to eat and that when we returned our room would be ready. S we left the courtyard. drove around the corner and saw the cutest covered bridge and decided to check it out. We were so impressed we drove directly to the courtyard and checked out. the room was 125.00 a night with the biggest king bed. We stayed there for 4 nights and LOVED IT! GREAT place to stay!!
