Any value one might get from the location is negated by poor service and Internet that costs 55c a minute OR 27.50AUD per DAY. It is cheaper to change my mobile phone plan and create my own hotspot. Outrageous eyepopping rort. Will never stay here again.

Bouquets: Room (apartment-style) was very clean. Housekeeping staff did a great job. Nice food in restaurant. Woman bar staff was very helpful in getting 2 boxes for me when Reception just said they couldnt get any (too lazy to try!). Brickbats: Customer service was non-existent! No porter service, did not receive wake-up call morning of departure(4am). Had eaten in restaurant 3 times - when paying account saw that I had been charged TWICE on each occasion! (I was travelling on my own). One mistaken charge I could accept but THREE?? Please! Something 'dodgy' going on here! Kitchen staff came out & helped themselves to dinner from buffet - not a good look when diners in restaurant! Reception staff need major re-training in good customer service! Asked Accor Management in email for survey form over a week ago - still waiting!! So maybe cannot critise staff too much when Management are so lax at follow-up! Travel a lot & will not recommend this Hotel to anyone!

The room was dusty. Bathroom had mould. Shower over the bath. Beds and pillows uncomfortable. No cooking facilities in room. Very noisy at back of hotel at night due to nightclub nearby playing extremely loud music til 5am. Restaurant food and service was great, but the opening hours are restrictive. No lift from carpark to reception area.
