Awful customer service

I have had family stay at this motel several times over the years I've lived in Scarborough. Today, I cancelled, apologizing at 9pm a reservation for tonight. When I made this reservation I was not told of a latest time to check in or a cancellation fee of one nights charge. When I tried to explain this, the gentleman became very upset, didn't want to hear it and told me I would be charged, and go ahead and take my business elsewhere. Obviously, not a good change in ownership for the Millbrook Motel.
