there is nothing wrong int he place . clean n fresh .people are courtiuos and very helpful . It would have been nice if they had a pool . location is good and nice .I would recommend this place for my family and friends who are planning to visit maine . they have Wifi too which is very good for the business travellers .and the location near to beaches , mall, restaurents .

Awful customer service

I have had family stay at this motel several times over the years I've lived in Scarborough. Today, I cancelled, apologizing at 9pm a reservation for tonight. When I made this reservation I was not told of a latest time to check in or a cancellation fee of one nights charge. When I tried to explain this, the gentleman became very upset, didn't want to hear it and told me I would be charged, and go ahead and take my business elsewhere. Obviously, not a good change in ownership for the Millbrook Motel.

very good for the value

We read the previous review saying the motel was sold . It is but the new owners are keeping up very nice and changing some stuff ( changing the office ) once when it is done it is going to look like very nice office than before . The rooms are really big .wish they had a pool too . neat and very clean . we will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends . They do have wifi which is convinient for the corporate n other travellers . The review what the other persom wrote was not right .

Awesome

Millbrook Motel is avery fine motel and well maintained . The motel is kept very very clean . we give 5 star rating .very courtious and very helpful in all ways . The price what we paid the service what we got is more and we travelled so many places where there are independetly maintained places . This is totally very good . I would recommend to any one who want to visit maine to stay here . we would love to go back and tell all our family members to go there when they are visiting newengland.
