OUR FIRST STAY AT MOUNTAIN TRACE INN WAS SO GREAT!THE STAFF WAS VERY NICE AND THE ROOMS ARE SO CLEAN.WE WERE SO GLAD TO FINALLY FIND A HOTEL THAT WAS NOT ASHAMED OF THEIR FAITH!WE ARE GOING AGAIN THIS WEEKEND.CAN'T WAIT,I SPOKE WITH THE STAFF ON THE PHONE AND SHE WAS SO SWEET AND POLITE AND SAID I WILL SEE YOU SOON. 2 THUMBS UP FROM US! THE GREENE'S

We love to stay here. We stayed several times last year and we are planning on staying there this year. We love the everything about it. It is quite. We would tell everyone to stay here. See you in April.

great place to stay close to everything that u need to do in the mountains.The rooms are clean,the pool is one of the best heated pools around Gainesboro,TN

I loved the great service we got there, the mantinence, house keepers, and desk clerks all did there job to make sure we feel at home. If we needed something they got it for us. They had an outdoor and indoor swiming pool. Very clean, I mean spotless. The house keepers know what they are doing here, and myhat goes off to the owners or manager who hired them. So if you go to Tennessee, stay at this motel.

Stayed Thursday and Friday nights, Nov. 10 & 11 in Room 101. Chose this place because it supposedly supported a Christian attitude, which really wasn't apparent anywhere although a tract and wall plaque were in the room. Went I checked in, nothing but cold efficiency and when I checked out nothing but "OK, you're set to go"....no "Come Back" "How was your stay" or ANY other comments. DO NOT stay in or near Room 101. Bus loading up about 20 feet from our door a little after 6:00AM. I called front desk and asked them to quiet these loud mouths down but they did nothing. Woman stood right in front of our window greeting everyone in a loud voice. In addition, Saturday morning, the hotel's trash truck (a black pickup) was parallel parked directly in front of our door nearly blocking it! Finally, water running thru the walls from above makes a taping sound for an extended period. All in all, NOT a really good experience. Room was nothing special but did have a microwave and a refrigerator but NO coffee maker. Not much for $40.00 the first night and $110 the second night. With that kind of rate, you'd expect maybe some little shampoo bottles and toilet tissue that wasn't akin to 100 grit sandpaper. Finally some moron dumped some type of liquid off a balconey onto our car. We are quiet, peace-loving people but this place was not for us! Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Perfect location. Parking lot had lots of lights for security. They could bleach the towels more often. The beds are Extra, Extra firm, more like "Rock Hard". At ckeck out we were surprised that after staying for five nights no one asked us or even said hope you'll come back and see us again. We'll consider going back but I'll take a egg-crate mattress pad.

my husband and I came for our 28th anniverasy and we loved it. our room was very cozy, I loved the fireplace and hottub the rates were wonderful.thanks so much melissa

My wife and I have been comming to Pigeon Forge for several years we love the whole area, Mountain Trace makes it a pleasant stay just like with family,we love the staff and the christian atmosphere.Parking is great.Will return next year.

We loved the spacious, clean, comfortable room. The staff is absolutely didicated to top grade, do-it-right-the-first-time service, as if they are all owners; right down to the housekeeping staff. They are the hardest working, happiest housekeeping staff in all the industry. We have travelled extensively for our work (Adventure-Crew.com) and this is by far, the best motel we've ever encountered. I wish they were a chain so we could stay with them in all the other states we have to visit.

I have never been to a motel that placed a gospel tract explaining how to get to heaven. I really enjoyed the christian atmosphere.
