First of all, it says Best Western, but once you get to the hotel it called Chicago Southland. There is no Best Western sign at all. The hotel was filthy. I rented two (2) rooms. The first set of rooms they gave me were dirty and appeared to be occupied by other people. The beds were not made, towels were on the floor in the bathroom, newspapers were spread out all over the room, mold was in the bathroom, the refrigerator didn't work, etc. etc.... DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't walk away, RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You have been warned!!!

The pool area was dirty and the pool water was cloudy. The continental breakfast was very weak and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was bad. We found it to be a not so very customer service hotel.

Indoor pool is cold!!

We just stayed here on Jan 7, 2006. The pool water was very cold. (no one was in the pool)The temperature in the pool room was 62. The hot tub was not working and looked like it hadn't worked in awhile. The service was just ok, nothing great. The first room they put us in the toilet was leaking all over the floor. The beds were very uncomfortable and small. We paid $99.00 for the room with tax which is way too high for what we got. We would not recommend this hotel.
