Customer service lacking

Printer was inop and desk promised to mail receipt. Receipt was not mailed and required a call to request receipt be mailed. This is poor customer service. I am a Diamond Level client and am very disappointed.

I like Hampton Inn; free Internet in the lobby, free good breakfast, pool, exercise room My room was neat, clean, and spacious. Bed and pillows are comfortable. Few steps to a big mall, and many nearby restaurants.

It was a good experience

We stayed overnight on Dec. 3, 2005 for a wedding, and had an overall good experience. The room we stayed in had two double beds and we all thought it was rather small. The room (323) was nice and well kept and clean. It was about the same room as what you expect from any other hotel in a similiar price range. The bed and pillows were comfortable and I slept quite well. On a negative note, there was a yellow stain on the ceiling above the toilet in the bathroom and the free breakfest in the morning was terrible. While yes it was free, I would recommand you stay away from it. The pool and fitness rooms they advertise are nothing special and both are quite small. I would stay here again for a night or two but if I needed to stay longer I would probably look for something a little more upscale. The price with tax for a room with 2 double beds for 4 adults was about $120 with tax.

Best Hotel in Appleton!

My family has stayed in this Hampton Inn 4 times in the last year. Each time we have had excellent service, neat and clean rooms, and a fabulous breakfast. I have been to many hotels with "continental breakfasts". Continental is usually a piece a fruit, danish or a bagel. This should not be considered continental. The variety is terrific and the length of time you are able to get a warm breakfast is around 4 hrs. Perfect for us when we sleep in. The pool and hot tub are also a great feature that my kid looks forward to. We have also had impeccable service from the manager of the hotel, Dennis. All these things are what keep our family coming back.

Manager is worth his weight in Gold

The Manager at this hotel.... Dennis Clark is fabulous. I have stayed in many hotels and the service makes or breaks the hotel. Dennis was absolutely fantastic, hospitable, friendly, and extremely customer service oriented. You can't go wrong at this hotel if Dennis is at the front desk.
