Bad! And we didn't even check in!

Well, I was not advised of a 24 hour cancellation policy. Which if i had would have been very difficult because it was a same day reservation. I was treated poorly by the motel staff when trying to get my money back. When I took matters to their corporate office, it was essentially the same. Rude. Not at all on the customers side. Even when it was their wrong doing! Just dive a little bit further north and you will find people that care about you. Not their wallets.
