Still Waters Resort, Branson

My family and I have stayed at still Waters for the past 16 years, occasionally missing the odd year, but almost every year. i cannot say enough about the condos and the staff at the resort. Our every need has been fulfilled every year. I have never had a noisy neighbor, an issue that cannot be resoved, or a lack of attention from the staff. It is situated close enough to Branson to be convenient, but far enough away to be quiet. The rooms are outstanding and I have no problem sleeping on the beds (unlike others that write reviews)! I have two younger children 6 and 9 and they have a ball in the super clean pools and who cares if the bikes are older which they were not when we went, we were having too much fun in the pools and lake to care. I always feel like family when I stay there and you will too.

The free boat kayaks, paddle boats, and bike rentals are nice. The only bad thing is they swore that had the attachment on their bikes for a little child to rid and when we got there, they didn't have any. They claim they just got new bikes and that's why there wasn't any. Problem is, the bikes are not new, very cheap and old. Other than that, pretty good place.

The amount of noise was ridiculous! We were stuck in the middle of 2 or more buses of kids on a trip. Constant running up and down the stairs - both inside of their room and outside stairs. They were walking outside of the window in the front bedroom yelling and laughing. We had absolutely no warning this was taking place or we would have found somewhere else to stay. Expect to see ants and spiders at each visit. This was our fourth visit and each time the noise is obnoxious. This will be our final stay at this location.

First of all we went in late December and there were not that many guests staying there. So why did they put us all together in the same small condo area??? We could hear EVERYTHING. We heard the people next to us talking (not yelling, but talking). Everytime someone flushed the toilet above us or beside us it woke us up because it sounded like it was right next to us. You could hear the people above us just walking around their condo. We also heard lots of vacumming. I will NEVER stay there again. It is not worth the money. We were all extremely exhausted from not sleeping well due to the noise. Keep in mind that everyone around us were our age (30's) and not partiers. So they were not doing anything out of the ordinary. My only thought is to make sure you stay on the very top floor but that won't help with the side noise any.

Me and My family just spent the weekend at your resort-5/14 to 5/16 and although we found the resort to be clean,and plenty to do I would like to say your customer service is lacking and for that we were very dissapointed-I am easy to please and laid back-The man(older gray hair and glasses)first asked for a credit card and I'm not sure if he was trying to be funny but said just in case we have a wild party)which I didnt find funny but I let that slide thought maybe his sense of humor was dry-Then we stayed in room 247 which was clean no problems had the main pool right across from us got a map from the front desk with the times circled for the pool which said it closed at 10!!!!Me and My husband had a long day and drive and we wanted 30 mins in the hot tub we came back from the strip early to get this got into the hot tub at 9:10 only to be told we had to leave cause there was no life guard and the pool was closed -got told to go to the other pool cause their was a life guard there(which their wasnt)and It was away from our condo not to mention the hot tub was too low and wreaked of urine-I also asked for towles for the pool and the older man tole me thats what the towles in our room was for-there was only four towels in the room and sorry not using pool towels for our bath towels to-Our lil family had a decent trip but I was extremely dissapointed with your willingness to accomidate your customers-Seriously what would have 30 mins in the hot tub hurt-It's a shame your place doesnt have better people working for it cause It's a nice place but the women who was put out on having to wait around if we would have stayed in the hot tub and the older man who was put out on having to get 4 extra towles really did me in....

rooms was small and since we had 2 double beds the stove top burners was five feet from our beds. you would think if they had a stove top burner they would have forks and spoons, plates,etc. A regular hotel room at least gives you coffee packets for 1 night. Shower sucks, the shower head was if they got it from the dump!!! bikes were old and hard to ride. We was up all night listening to the people above us jumping and running and slamming doors till 2:00a.m. that sucked big time. Need less to say since it was our 10 yr. anniversary it was not quite like we hoped it to be for the price. great if you have kids because somethings was free. But, I'm sure there is other resorts that better than this one.

This was a nice, quiet place to stay. The only complaint is that the extra bed was suppose to be a queen. We had 2 daughters (25 and 14) sharing. But it was a double. The sheets were for queen though so they didn't fit. The bikes are bad (old and flat tires) so don't expect to do much bike riding. But other than that, it was clean and quiet which is more than most places. We'll stay here again!

The location is OK if you plan on only going to Silver Dollar City. If Branson Landing or any of the shows in town is your attraction, then this is not the place to stay. If you want towels changed daily and your trash taken out, be prepared to wait on yourself. If you like swimming or sitting in the hot tub after dark, then this is not the place. The bathroom was very small, there was trash under the beds, pools and jacuzzis were shut down at 10pm. Marina and front desk staff were friendly for the most part. I had anticipated spending the mornings on a Kayak, but the Marina didn't open until 10am. Branson shows and attractions are usually closed by 10pm, unless you do the bar scene, so I had planned to swim and hot tub with the Mrs. after returning from an evening of dinner and a show with the family. Did not happen as the pools and hot tubs were closed at 10pm. This place seems like a good deal if you bring your own boat or jet ski, the rentals are a bit exhorbitant, and spend most of your time in Branson at this resort. If you plan on taking in a few shows and attractions, the amenities offered at this resort are useless.

My husband and I went for 5 days for our anniversary. We went to one show and to get our groceries one day, and loved the fact that we did not have to leave the rest of the time. The market had good food. It is just beautiful, very clean and friendly here! I loved the fridge with ice maker, washer/dryer, and the tub jacuzzi was actually big enough for two. We didn't catch any fish, but, we didn't care...the lake access is great! We hope to come back next year and bring our family. A couple of suggestions to the facility would be to please not get rid of smoking rooms and a covered, heated pool for the fall/winter would be really awesome! Great pools for the kids, Table Rock Lake clean, Gas grills outside rooms. Friendly staff. The free bike need works on them,but all the other free stuff for kids were great
