after a long days drive i checked into your hotel only to find out there was no toilet paper in the bathroom,being so tired I just made due,then realized the chain was missing from the door lock. I went to take a shower in the morning and once I got in the shower saw that there was mold and mildew half way up the shower curtain,I can honestly say this was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. You really should monitor your hotels clenliness a lot better. I should have known better when the desk clerk gave me a room key that said room 127 and after getting everything ready to go in the room the door key wouldn't work. I had to load my stuff back in the car and call the front desk only to have her tell me that she was sorry,my room was 126 on the other side of the building,if this is an example of all your hotels I really wonder how you manage to stay in business!
