Not Bad for the Money

unlike the other review writer, i didn't go in with the delusion that a motel was going to be like the Ritz..... it's a motel, not a hotel or a resort. the service is average, the cleanliness is fine. the showers are sometimes a bit dirty, and the nightstands/dressers do look shabby, but they serve their function. i'm not exactly sure what the other reviewer was doing trying to borrow clothes from people and what that has to do with the motel, but i'm pretty sure motels (and hotels for that matter) aren't responsible for clothing guests. if you go in to this place expecting a hotel/resort, you're in for a rude surprise. if you go in expecting a hostel/motel, you won't be surprised in the least.
i've stayed here multiple times over the past year, and it's been consistently average, if i have a problem, i go down to the office and complain and they generally get around to fixing it within a reasonable amount of time. it's safe to say you get what you pay for in terms of the room itself. the motel as a whole is in a decent spot, next to the towne center, so you can walk to get food and see a movie, or go shopping. it's also close to the casino in hawaiian gardens.
the one real complaint i have in regards to this place is i wish they'd put better locks on the door. i've never had a bad experience there in terms of theft, but better locks would probably give me and any other guest a greater state of ease at mind.
