we wish we never went there

as customers,the experience was the worst we ever had. when we got there the staff didn't know how to do simple tasks like greeting us or knowing how to use their computer.
the room was dirty and smelled like mildew. there was contruction outside our window at 5am. the carpets were old and stained. when we booked the hotel we saw pixs on the internet and it was nothing like what we saw. one more thing, the phone number for reservations is not a working number and the hotel is not listed in the phone book, very strange.
