Room quality is definitely not a 4-star. Room floor was dirty. Bathroom towels looked very old. Deluxe king room looks bigger & nicer on photos on hotel website. The closet is very small. Room didn't have refrigerator. Front desk people never smiled.

Treasure Island: OK by us
By ,
We stayed at TI from February 24 to 28 and had a ghreat time. The room was excellent, strip view was marginal however due to the way TI is built. Sirens of TI is just the Pirate show whith scantily clad women. Slot machine play was very good, we won enough money to cover our food. I had no issues with the resort fee as both the wife & I needed the internet for work. Only issue with the room was a bad refrigerator and no real response from maintenace. Room was kept clean, and made up early. We had the Petite Suite and my wife loved the 2 bathrooms and the Spa tub. We will probably go back when we next visit

Hidden Fees and Terrible Customer Service
By ,
The hotel itself was very beautiful and the rooms were very clean. Customer service on the other hand was the worst I have ever experienced. We arrived at the hotel at almost 8 pm. Checkin told us the room wouldn't be ready for another hour and a half. (We had a dinner meeting at 8:45). They placed us in a room with the view of an interstate. This wasn't a problem until they informed us we still had to pay the same price as we did for the more expensive strip view. On top of that, they hit was with a $22.00 a night resort fee. This covers things such as Internet, Fitness Center, and getting your morning paper (no joke). So we ended up paying a HIDDEN extra $112 for a resort fee alone that is not included. When I told management my issues, he told me he couldn't help because we didn't book directly though TI and acted annoyed I even asked. (We used Expedia) It was the worst customer service I have ever experienced and would not recommend it to anyone. You can go to any other hotel in Las Vegas and pay for your room without these ridiculous HIDDEN fees and rude employees. I was embarrassed that my clients had to deal with this.

The hotel looks better outside. The room looks much better on the pictures. My wife and I stayed at TI on our honeymoon. Room quality is not better than 3-star hotels like Flamingo and many others in Las Vegas.

Not a 4-star hotel
By ,
ROOM: The Deluxe room is not a 4-star at all. It's not bigger than rooms in many other 3-star hotels in Vegas. Dust was everywhere on tables, glass cups, and on mirrors. Bathroom didn't have floor mat. The bath towels looked very old. SERVICE: They charge a high fee for WiFi. Many hotels and even motels in Vegas has free WiFi! I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my friends.
