Avoid this hotel at all costs. The check in was slow, and the person at the counter was obviously untrained and did not know how to look up a simple reservation. We finally got to our room and the door would not unlock. When we finally got into our room the beds were made sloppily and the bathroom was dirty. When it came time for check out I was ready to get out of there.

Older version of a good chain

The outside entrances to rooms and the fact that we were placed in the area of four baseball team families who were staying there was a down-side. However, after midnight everyone quieted down. The breakfast was Hampton quality. We wish we would have known about the new Hampton in London.

Great place to stay!!

Great service, complimentary breakfast really was 1st class. Staff was friendly and very professional. Even if you are not tired, stop in and stay with Hampton Inn @ London, KY. You won't be sorry.
