Well the front desk clerks arent able to answer question without talking to supervisor and they were so hard to find. Then rooms were not clean had to go buy cleaner to clean bathroom breakfast was not good, was told one price then found out I could have gotten the continnental style breakfast for a lesser price this end up being more costly of a vacation for me and my grandbabies.

My wife and I booked a King Suite since we have three children. First, we found ants. Ants in the bathroom, ants in the main sitting area, ants in the bedroom. We complained to the lobby about this at least five times during our stay, and never got them to fix things. Second, the beds were extremely uncomfortable. I like firm beds while my wife likes soft ones, but the beds were too hard even for me - we had to go and purchase an air mattress for my wife to sleep on. Third, the pool was out of order for three of the nine days we were there, and the hot tub was out of order for all but two days. Fourth, we did not have our room serviced one day because the service staff thought that we didn't need service! The front desk people were polite, but other than finally getting our room cleaned the one day it wasn't cleaned, they were basically useless. Do yourself a favor, don't come to this hotel.

We did not like the fact that the pool was closed for maintenance on the one day that we were there. There could have at least been a sign announcing this fact by the pool as we only found out when we got to the pool and found it padlocked.

Waited until 7:30 pm to have our room cleaned the day we checked in. My daughters clothes disapeared during the room cleaning. The manger was surly and rude at best. downright uncaring. Told me "You have no idea abount hotels work" That seems a bit funny as I spend about 4 nights a week in motels. The pool appeared to have last been cleaned after the winter thaw. Desk personnel were great though they can't do everyone elses work.

We stayed here with a soccer team and were assured if we didn't make it to the finals we could cancel our second night of stay. They ended up billing our entire team for a night in which noone stayed. Would not return our phone calls or work with us at all.

We read varied reports on this hotel. It is in the process of being renovated. We had a room that had not been renovated and the manager told us that the only renovation that has been done is painting. The bed was old, but okay. The bathroom had some mold, the carpet and sofa were clean. While there is a pool, it has no water. The breakfast was okay, scrambled eggs, sausage and buscuits one day - so better than a continental breakfast, but not a deluxe buffet. The hotel has wi-fi. It is off the main road, so was exceptionally quiet - with the exception of the air handler, which was pretty loud when it kicked on. Once renovated, I'm sure the hotel will be very nice and the location is great if you are looking for peace and quiet or are a business traveler with business in west omaha. My husband and I weren't bowled over, but the room was clean and the price was great.

This was one of the worst places ever. I had poor service and a room that was inadequate. I asked to speak with a manager and they gave me the run around that there wasnt one. The staff did try to help me but were told they were not authorized to do so without a manager, who was no where to be located.

After all the negative reviews I was still willing to stay to give them a chance..but after trying to book a room the price doubled in the end. I have 4 people staying in the room and it went from "saying" $47 to $55 then to $123.. I don't think I would even try and stay in this place.. Nice try though in trying to "offer" a good rate and then raping them on the end. Good luck and I don't see you lasting long. By the way.. other hotels weren't charging me double..only $10 extra for my children.

I think this hotel was simply the best deal in Omaha. It is a beautiful hotel and the staff is very friendly. There is just too much in this hotel that makes it great.

I purchased 3-Gift Certificates for rooms at this hotel to bundle as door prizes for my clients to visit and shop Omaha. When they arrived they were turned away! When trying to check in they were told the certificates would not be honnored by the new property owners "Magestic Hotel"? I am in the process of trying to get my $240.12 refunded and will gadly return the certificates that my valued clients have already returned to me stating thanks for the thought but these are worthless. How was the service? I have recently called the hotel to discuss the problem and was turned away just like my clients. Dismissed as a problem they could not help me with? Dont stay here construction is bad and you are not within walking distance to anything.
