Relais Villa Arceno, Castelnuovo Berardenga

We stayed in room 205. It was one of the best rooms we have ever stayed in. The carved 25 foot cellings , the grand windows overlooking the gardens, the lusous formal rooms on the first floor, and great food. Wonderful experience.

Everything was fantastic, the staff were friendly and the rooms huge!! The food was simply out of this world and i actually craved for it after the holiday. The place is peacful with a wood backing onto the villa and for the active type there are bikes and you can cycle up to Sans Gusme. My only problem with the Arceno was the fact you couldn't resist the food and breakfast, lunch, 4 course dinner and of course ice cream in the early evening, was surely not good for the waistline!
