Islands Inn, Anacortes

We stayed there over fo 3 days over the 4th of July weekend , staff were very helpful on things to do .. food in resturant was delcious.. rooms were very nice clean .. had a great stay and the we had a great view for the Fireworks show it was spectacular.. can't wait to come back next year.

This inn is easy to get to from either the San Juan ferry or from highway 20 from Burlington or Whidby Is. We booked a family room for a weekend soccer tournament so we could have a litle more room since there was four of us. The family room had three double beds and a long sofa (not a sofa bed) that one of the boys claimed. We were not expecting much regarding the Dutch breakfast but the boys all wanted to go back the next morning so that speaks volumes as it is hard to get teen boys to sit down and fill up. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us ideas of things we could do between games and in the evening when we wanted to do "something" but were tired. They treated the boys as young men and didn't hover around them when they were on the computer in the loby or playing the board games.

I have stayed many times. Always clean and friendly. Nice little breakfast in the a.m. Fireplace; swimming pool; hot tub and PET FRIENDLY!!! Whats not to like
