one to avoid

This hotel's client base is principally conferences/functions/tour parties. The atmosphere is institutional, rooms are small, the lifts must be the slowest in the world. There is no lounge, nor fitness room nor swimming pool. The major attraction is the position, with a marvellous view over the city. Unfortunately the terrace restaurant was closed for private parties more than half the time we were there (including breakfast on one occasion). Two nights out of four the entire restaurant was closed in the evening -once without any apparent notice to the guests! The only good thing that I can find to say is that it was clean and the breakfast buffet was OK.
