10 reviews for Renaissance Concourse Atlanta Airport Hotel, Atlanta
Barely OK!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/19/07
Very friendly staff ,the only drawback you have to pay for everything extra that mose decent hotels offer for free. $9.00 for parking! The business ceneter charges $15.00 / per 10 min. Extremely high just to check emails. Best about this hotle was the bed was extremly comfy. I'd rate this just barely OK

Great hotel & very friendly staff!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/30/07
We went to spend a long weekend in Atlanta and thought it would be nice to stay near the airport. I read all the online reviews and followed the advice of previous guests at this hotel. They were right! Great hotel, exceptionally friendly staff, beds were great, and watching the planes take off/land was a family favorite. Request a balcony room on the higher floors and your views will be great. We left a gameboy behind by accident and they shipped it to us within 3 days! I've never had that type of service anywhere. The hotel restaurant is a little pricey and no kids menu but we all enjoyed a nice dinner there one night nonetheless. The outdoor and indoor pool was clean and comfortable. Although it is near the old part of the city, it is a safe area and well lit inside/outside. We would definitely stay here again!

wall-bed in a 4 star hotel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/07/07
When I booked this hotel, I saw 4-star and thought, I should at least get a decent room. The lobby was nice, the service was good, but the room itself was threadbare, uncomfortable, and most annoying of all, it was missing a bed. Where was the bed? In the wall. I booked a *normal* room, not a room with an uncomfortable wall-bed. Didn't seem so 4-star to me. I then got hungry afer a day of traveling and checked out the room service menu. The title said "all day" *but* then I saw the hours listed and it closed at 1am. "All day" it seems, stops at 1am. Overall I had a bad night's sleep (I could hear the hotel music from inside my room) and felt like I was cheated with false advertising. I will never stay at this hotel again, and will actively discourage anyone from staying here as well.

location was perfect
By travel qa, 02/04/07
The location was perfect and the staff went out of their way to assist us with information on ski packages, tours and shopping. The service was great! The complimentary breakfast was a real treat and a money saver. We met other guests from all over the United States and enjoyed visiting with them.

Each Year Gets Better and Better
By Allie, 07/15/06
I've been here in 2001 and also in 2004 and both times were awesome. I loved the view of the hotel. The rooms were comfy, the pool and service was great. Food was a bit on the expensive side but good nonetheless. Only thing I hated was having to spend a crapload of money needing to get around. Next time I'll pick a location closer but I'll definetely come back and just chill here. I love it and cant wait to come on back!

Nice
By julie, 07/12/06
I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel and rooms were very clean and comfortable. The only problem I had was that the hotel personnel couldn't give us directions over the telephone when we were lost in Atlanta. Watching the planes take off and land was very cool.

Good place to stay in Atl
By Just The Two Of Us, 06/14/06
Beautiful hotel inside and out, it pretty much sits right on the airport. You can sit on the balchony and watch the planes take off and land all day and night. Only a few minutes from Downtown Atlanta

I really love this Hotel. I felt like Royality while staying at this Hotel. The staff was very professional and pleasant, especially Mr. Alfred. I was Queen for 4 nights and 5 days. Thanks for a wonderful stay during the week of April 4-8 2006. Sincerely, B.Williams

Great hotel room in Atlanta
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/12/06
This hotel is located very close to the Atlanta Hartsfield airport and has wonderful rooms. Large beds and great views of Atlanta. I really couldn't hear much outside noise and was able to get a great nights rest. The hotels beautiful 11-story atrium was also a sight for sore eyes. There won't be much guesswork regarding which hotel I will choose the next time I go to Atlanta.

A wonderful hotel.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/10/06
We arrived too late to have dinner in the dining room but were told we could order room service until 1:00 AM. We ordered room service and were extremely pleased with our meals and the presentation. We had to leave before breakfast. We found the room to be very nice, and an especially nice feature was the three-way bulbs in all lamps--we didn't feel like we had to light a candle to read! We had a layover on the return part of our trip so we took advantage to return to the hotel for a lovely, quiet lunch. It was nice to be out of the hub-bub of the airport.
