wall-bed in a 4 star hotel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/07/07
When I booked this hotel, I saw 4-star and thought, I should at least get a decent room. The lobby was nice, the service was good, but the room itself was threadbare, uncomfortable, and most annoying of all, it was missing a bed. Where was the bed? In the wall.
I booked a *normal* room, not a room with an uncomfortable wall-bed. Didn't seem so 4-star to me. I then got hungry afer a day of traveling and checked out the room service menu. The title said "all day" *but* then I saw the hours listed and it closed at 1am. "All day" it seems, stops at 1am.
Overall I had a bad night's sleep (I could hear the hotel music from inside my room) and felt like I was cheated with false advertising. I will never stay at this hotel again, and will actively discourage anyone from staying here as well.
