Landmark Holiday Beach Resort, Panama City Beach

the place is dirty and always having exterminators to come every other day for roaches and mice also dont tell you all the problems day to day and also bed bugs in most of the units and no one cares about your complaints they act like they care but behind your back say nasty things the worst place and way overpriced for all the problems cant even describe how awful the experience was It might be okay if you dont know a real resort and how it should be properly managed.

I have had very pleasant experiences at The Landmark each time I have been (with one exception about 6 years ago). They have had friendly staff and I always have a great room. If there is ever a problem, maintenance gets right up. As an owner, my biggest problem is they are usually booked by the time I make my reservation and that is not good. I am booked to go in April. I can 't wait.

We've been going to Landmark for several yrs. now and stayed in the 2br units. There's nothing like sitting on the balcony with a cold one, enjoying the view and just relaxing. FYI, unless you like airports, don't take a room that ends in "5" ie...705 or 1105. The Master bedroom is adjacent to the elevator shaft and sounds like airplanes taking off everytime the elevator moves. I got a room like this once and the manager was nice enough to relocate me to a better room and I didn't have to get nasty about it either.

I wanted to thank the Landmark Holiday Beach Resort for the most wonderful time, Your place is very beautiful , as the folks there are the best, I look forward to staying again. Mike Behrens

We have been coming to the Landmark for 4 years now. We have a family group of 35 to 40 each year. After 4 years we decided to buy a fixed week for our family week. We love the beach and the beautiful surrounding area. Great shopping and eating spots. Can't say enough good about the Land Mark. The only drawback is the parking. But we cope with it.

We have owned at Landmark for almost 17 years. Service is always excellent and the beach is always beautiful... even during the rain and after the hurricanes. We have raised 2 sons here and are now enjoying watching 2 grand-daughters grow up here. Our favorite part is the friendship we have made with Week 23 Families. Two of our favorite people live in KY and we look foward to seeing each other every June. We own TimeShare with Fairfield Resorts but this is our only 'fixed week' and we wouldn't trade it for anything. Thanks to the staff for all your hard work... Parking will always be a problem anywhere you go. Looking forward to seeing you again this year.

Let me tell you something about our trip. After a 8 hour drive checked in after hours - security guard told us that we would not be able to park in their lot as only 1 car pass could issued per room. (My sister had already checked into our 3 BR unit. 1 car pass for a 3BR unit? Come on...) My brother owns this unit and we had been there several times but this time was the worst. We were told to park 3 blocks down the road in a unguarded lot for $5 a day. The hot tub has been broken all week. They are replacing the furniture in many units - so the contractors are blocking the drive thru entrance. I had to walk through 6 inches of rain water to get in today. Since we are owners - cannot say enough about the poor treatment!

My wife and I were at the Landmark the first week of March, 07, which means spring break. We were pleased that the building had a "must be 25 or older" restriction. We were not bothered in any way by the students. The facility was very clean and the beach was as good as anyone could ask for. We enjoyed our week and will probably return in there is available space at the Landmark. (Parking was a little problem, but that was the case everywhere we went in Fl.)

We own here and we have exchanged out over the years for different places to travel to, but non of the other condos have ever been as nice... The fact that it's on the beach is great.. We stayed in a exchange in Disney and was very unhappy... a motel would of been better.. so many people going thru those condos in Orlando and no repair time so they appear to be run down and wore out but Price is still very high... We have had 3 children grow up at landmark and now we are working on 4 grands that love to go to landmark each year as well.. we will see you in September 06 We like the whole palce its wonderful....Theres nothing to dislike... Great Place to stay.................

We liked this resort for a couple of different reasons. We liked the fact that it was located directly on the beach, the staff was very friendly, and the resort itself, eventhough hurricanes have came and visited, was in excellent shape. A nice and quiet place to stay where the folks are friendly, and the beaches are beautiful, make a family vacaction even better.
