Very Nice Hotel

This is a very nice hotel. Check in was easy and fast, the bed was comfortable, the pillows were nice and the room had a fridge and microwave. The Breakfast very Hot and had good type of variety. Room was large and Comfortable. Clean, recently refurbished lobby. Rooms were clean, beds were superb. It is a great place to stop if you are driving across Nebraska... hotel is located off US 83, just south of Interstate 80. I give A+ to this hotel.

Favorite place to stay!!

I stay in places Comfort Inn North Platte, NE for Second time and this place has been my favorite. I have never been disappointed in the rooms and haven't ever had to call the desk with any issues. My generously sized room was equipped with extra pillows for the beds, refrigerator, microwave, ironing board and iron. The rates are very reasonable and affordable. The breakfast room was set up early enough which was clean and comfortable. There was variety of dishes along with hot waffles. The hotel is easily accessible to Shopping malls and Restaurants. The hotel is near to the Mid-Plains Community College, Buffalo Bill Ranch State Park and Lincoln County Historical Museum. I would encourage anyone traveling to make this place part of your trip. The staff of this hotel is the FRIENDLIEST people I have ever seen!!

Awesome stay!

We stayed here during there very busy time of year. It was during their annual Nebraska Land Days/concert series. We arrived a bit early and the front counter guy said he would put our room on the top of the list to be cleaned and ready. It was ready very quickly. Incredible customer service (im a tough critic), our room was spotless and very fresh smelling. Comfortable bed, soft sheets, and a nice area to get ready/iron what have you. I would most definitely stay here again, without a doubt. And to top it off, the continental breakfast was outstanding!!! 5 thumbs up!

I will stay everytime I drive thru North Platte

My husband and I like to stay half way between our house and Colorado Springs. This Comfort Inn was right in the middle. We showed up and checked with no problem. My kids were able to shower and relax before going to bed. In the morning we got up to a wonderful selection of breakfast choices. I will stop here again and again with no question. This Comfort Inn gives you the piece and quiet and relaxation you are looking for.

Probably not again

The North Platte Comfort Inn is easy to get to off interstate 80. Parking was no problem pulling a pop-up camper. The room was fine. Breakfast was good. However, one of the main reasons for choosing the Comfort Inn was the supposed 'hot' tub and pool. After a 9 hour car ride, it is nice to have something the wife can relax in and the where kids can burn off some energy. The website stated they had the "latest ameneties". Unfortunately the 'hot' tub was nothing more than a large vat with warmish water, When we asked the desk where to turn on the jets, they said, "The hot tub does not have jets... it is pretty out-dated." O.K., then don't mislead people on your website by saying you have the "latest amenities". Say what you mean and mean that you have a warmish, out-dated hot tub. The pool was small and overcrowded too. Next time we'll look elsewhere. If you don't care about the pool or hot tub, then this Comfort Inn is just fine.
