Never Again . Cockroaches and Bed Bugs

Besides uncontrolled insects, staff just wasn't proactive in providing a solution. Simple task of just moving me to another room (hotel was not full) was not completed within 12 hours, which included 3 broken promises. Staff does not care. Facilities are run down, more like a motel 6 than a Marriott Property. I would only recommend this place to my ex-wife!!!!!!!!
I moved across the street and stayed at the Hilton Hotel. What a difference. Staff actaully makes an effort to go out of their way to provide service and address any issues. Marriott has seen my last reservation and as a business traveler, I stay 20 to 25 nights a year. No more in Marriott if this is the level of service I can now expect. Manager was in hiding GM refused to speak with me on three different occassions. Clearly the staff just seems to be followig the lead of their manager. Ignore the client, then refuse to talk to the client and hope the problem gets solved. By all means, don't follow up with the staff to make sure simple issues are resolved. Like a pole manager. HE got up there, doesn't know how he got up here, he can't get down and now that he is there, he doesn't know what to do.
