Don't really know if I should go back
Hello.. I just finished my stay in the Movenpick Golf Hotel.. There are some good things and some bad things..
Well, when it comes to the pools, and the architecture of the hotel, the size of the rooms (I was staying in the Royal Suite Room), it is wonderful, the breakfast buffet was AMAZING.. Cleanliness is 10/10 BUT..
The pool's water temperature is too hot.. 31 degrees celsius, I mean, c'mon... Oh, and the service, the service is DISGUSTING.. Specially at the front desk, there's this man.. George.. Avoid him. He's the most annoying man you could ever set eyes on and I found that most guests agree because I've seen many people engage in disagreements with.. And all the icemakers in the ENTIRE hotel (including the ones in the restaurant and the room service) BROKE DOWN in the middle of this hot summer when one needs ice most for his drinks.. They also should check on the level of the guests they bring into the hotel as there were some real low-class people in there specially in the breakfast buffet. I saw some people touch the food with their hands and then leave it which simply made me run out of there.. Who knows where their hand has been? I've been to two or three other hotels previously in Sharm and when it came to service and guest-class, it was MUCH better.. Making note that this hotel is the most expensive one of them in Sharm.. I sort of expected better.. But all too well, I had a fun experience in the pool.. The water-slides were great really.. Had a great time there.. Don't know if I'll be back, though... Hope that helped.. Oh, and if you have your own laptop, they give you free LAN which was G-R8.. Oh, and.. There's no life in the hotel, really.. Supposedly an animation team exists, and supposedly they have activities.. They don't... Their animation team is totally unactive...
