Super 8 Boone Ames Area, Boone

Have stayed at this hotel for years and it is a wonderful place! Have never had any problems with the cleanliness,staff, or management. It's a wonderful group of people! I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Very homey atmosphere.

The rooms are pretty tipical. I asked on more than one occasion for a room with a refrigerator and a microwave and I got neither.

The hotel was not clean. There was a stain on the blankets and a stain on the mattress pad. The mattress pad was so dirty it looked like they put clean sheets over the top of dirty mattress pads. The pillows were stained. The floors were so dirty that I had to give my child a bath after she had been crawling on the floor because her knees were black. There are flees and bedbugs all over in the room and dog hairs in the carpet. The staff acted inappropriately towards my husband, especially management. This experience was a nightmare and ruined my entire vacation. My child has flee bites all over her. Also, there is no restraunt on the premises as it says there is.
