Super 8 Belleville, Belleville

I picked this place because it was closer to my venue - next time I will know better and stay 5 miles down the road in Fairview Heights at a real hotel. During my week long stay, my main complaint is not that the room is in disrepair, or that there were no electric outlets for my use, or that the in room refrigerator did not work. My main complaint is that the wifi did not work which made my business trip difficult. Although the office staff were nice and the owner obviously wants to do well, he unfortunately doesn't have much to work with. I will not be returing and cannot recommend anyone stay here.

what i heard of the place last year til now. they( the staff ) turned it around.in a little over a few months the old management really messed it up. .. I STAYED THERE LAST WEEKEND and the service was great. i would go back

I understand how bad the hotel was, because when I got here, I felt the same way, however I have been working really hard getting the right staff and cleaning and fixing up the place. Everyone that has experienced this place before I got here, really loves what we have done. Honestly, the furniture is a bit dated, but there is no excuse for clean. We have taken great strides to make everything nice, and I improved the Continental Breakfast, too. Please give us another chance. I will try my best to make you comfortable and happy. mike

Man, my room stunk. And the bedbugs were biting all night long. The people at the front desk were cool, but being cool will only take you so far. I will stay away from all Super 8 from now on.
