Misleading Web Site
By Matt, 06/06/09
Their web site says "including a free full breakfast, featuring eggs, sausage, bacon, potatoes and much more" and "free wireless Internet". In reality, the breakfast was some stale cereal and bagels and the wireless Internet did not work at all. Needs some renovation work too.

RIP OFF
By TRAVELING R.N., 02/13/09
You will check out and sign the bill, your credit card will be charged a higher amount. They call it "incidental charges", since when does it cost $20.00 for a wake up call, this was the only time the phone was used. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!. Shame on them, I will be filing a police report.

YUCK !
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/25/08
I can't believe it ! I stayed here last year and yuck. I walked in after an 19 hour drive only to find no one at the counter. When I finally did find someone they couldn't find my reservation. Finally I got to my room and yuck, It stunk like animals and was very just grose. I went to put my colthes away in the drawer and the front of the drawer fell off. I went to have breakfast the next morning sat in a chair outside the breakfast room and the chair broke. I hit my head on the window sill. I went to the front desk and explained what happened and If I could have some ice. It took me 15 minutes just to get a bag so I could get my own ice. I then complained again upon check out, they did give me a 10% discount and sent me on my marry way. I then wrote to Corporate office and was told sorry for what happened to you but you already received a 10% discount and they could not do anything to help me. And that was my wonderful vacation. STAY AWAY ! STAY AWAY !

Stay Away
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/05/08
If you have ANY problems at this hotel the staff will always refer you to the manager who mysteriously never seems to be there until you check out. Then he's as rude as can be and is no help at all. These people are liars that will book you at one price then charge you another when you arrive! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Lord knows there are way nicer hotels in the area. What owner would allow a so called manager to run a place into the ground (see previous reviews from others)

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/17/07
This place was disgusting! There were 2 male employees who didnt not look like hotel employees! We were only there an hour and asked for a refund and was denied-we showed them their "100%" satisfaciton guarentee but they would not honor it-the owner was foreign and couldnt understand anything-the whole hotel was so dirty and when we called another hotel for room rates we didnt even tell them where we were staying currently but they knew! We had the police come and escort us out we were so scared! I recommend you do not stay at this hotel-we even had someone begging for money in the parking lot-the most horrible hotel experience I have ever had!

Don't reserve rooms here!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/12/07
A quote from a previous review "no a/c the pool was disgusting the manager was very demeaning. i will never recommend this place to anyone". I reserved the room two months in advance and was quoted a price of $82.00 per night. When I arrived I was charged $99.00 (Buckeye game in town). When I questioned it the male clerk would only keep asking "proof" Well of course I had no proof becuase it was a phone reservation. FINALLY a manager was working Sunday on checkout and he was the rudest liar I have ever seen. Told me he remembered booking the rooms (from two months previous?!) and it was $99.00. About the 8th year in a row I HAD stayed there and will be the last. Place is getting run into the ground, is dirty now and the service is horrible!

The hotel was decent. It looked as if it used to be a hot spot back in the day. Pool was broke but other then that the stay was fine. You get what you pay for.

I won't go again!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/23/06
We stayed in this hotel for 1 night during state confrence. The lobby is very nice and decorated very well. When we arrived at our 3rd floor room we found the hallways very confusing but eventually found our way to the room. We took off the comforters because they were discusting we also found dirt on our sheets. Since we were gone most of the time we didn't put our things away or open any of the drawers. The bathroom in our hotel was fairly nice. But when we took showers I noticed little mold spots on the cellings there is no exaust fan in the bathroom so it is hard to see any thing. The hotel swimming pool looks nothing like the pictures and the water is foggy and dirty although we did swim in it I would rate it okay. There was a shortage of towels which was annoying since we had 4 girls in one room all taking showers. The hottub is very nice and relaxing as well as the patio. We did not use the work out room although it did look nice. We had to call room service but the blankets we called for never came. The stair case is poorly lighted and very dirty which makes it hard to stay in it for long at all...very scary. The beds arent soft but not bad. The ice from the ice machine had little black chunks in it which appeared to be mold. We didn't use the ice. The machines in the vending are are very expencive 1.50 for a 20 oz. cola crazy! When we woke up in the morning I had a stiff back and we got breakfast. The only good part was the bacon. The bar is very nice as well.
