This hotel is average. I styaed here for two months this past summer (2008), and had a chance to observe the hotel through time. At that toime, the sidewalks were in bad shape, with potholes and cracks everywhere. Some of the more eggregious problems were fixed, but the job was done poorly. My room door was in need of paint, and the inside had seen better days (obvious real wear on the furniture).
The food was mediocre, and a huge carb load at every setting.
On the plus side, the staff was curteous and generally attentive, but in two months, only one cared enough to learn my name.
The location is adjacent to the Keystone Complex of offices and business, but none is within walking distance.
If you have no other choice, this is just an okay place to stay: not hideous, but not desirable either.
