Bad Experience

I stayed one night during a softball tournament. The air conditioner did not work and I called the front desk. The clerk said she would have someone look at it. She seemed bothered. After considereing the cost, and getting upset with her attitude, I went down to the desk and told her I would like a new room. She picked up the phone and called who I assumed was the manager or owner and said, "The lady I told you about earlier is here and wants a new room" (very sarcastic). She did give me a new room, but while I was in the old room packing, the owners/managers (2 men) came into my room and told me the air was working fine. They also accused me of having too many people in my room and leaving the door open too much. In addition, they would speak to each other in another language discussing the situation while I was standing right there!
The hotel is the kind in which you drive up to the door, the rooms are small, the bathroom is tiny, and the service awful! If you do choose to stay at this establishment, I hope you do not have any problems! North Little Rock would be a better choice and is only 15 minutes away.
