Royal Palace Hotel & Resort, Hurghada Qesm 2

The worst hotel I have every stayed in. Dirty accommodation, surly staff, stewed food, dirty cloths and no decent wine!

everything was horrible your staff were always late with room service. and i found a bug in my martinie! i am very dissaponinted i am never going back

The service is excelent, the location is quite good, although the inventory requires renovation and improvement. Enterior of the rooms should be renewed. The food is quite correct. There is a swimming pool, spa and massage as well as diving centre with excelent staff at your complete disposal. The animation team is making the days better and more fun for the tourists.

Quite big beach, delicious food, good staff. I can not explain the apartements, coz we were in the hotel part. The location is ideal. The rooms are comfortable, like in the brochure.

Wonderfull, friendliest staff. Very helpfull, makes you feel like at home. Hotel very clean. Food delitious and always fresh, very big selection. Located right on Red Sea shore, so we could enjoy morning swim before heading to excursions.Irish pub ofered live music in the evenings

Housekeeping staff are brilliant, rooms always spotless and staff very honest. Meals are excellent but you need to get to the dining room very early or otherwise wait a while until the crowd settles and tables become available. Good Internet access. Resort shops are excellent and you can rely on a good deal as the shop keepers rely on the resort guests so they must maintain good trading practices. Easy walking distance to ATMs and other shops. Plenty of taxi's available for 1 Egyptian pound to the city. Close to airport. Highly recommend
