Club Cascadas de Baja, Cabo San Lucas

We have been going to Cascadas for 20+ years as a family vacation spot. Every year it just gets better and better...the staff is so friendly even when I practice my bad Spanish. Dinner on the beach has become a family tradition. Now our kids are grown up and this year they are bring their new husbands...and the tradition continues.

My family has gone to Cascadas every year for the past 20 years and it has only gotten better. We look forward to it each summer and love it!

Absolutely perfect! Immaculate rooms, spacious! We had 2 bdroom Escondido 20 with bay view (sunrise every morning). Movies and activities everyday for kids. Immaculate grounds, fabulous housekeeping and overall staff. Cascadas Grille restaurant was excellent and so was the staff. Breakfast, lunch and dinner on the beach. 15 min walk to downtown and still far enough away from all the "spring breakers". Just perfect. Will go again every year. Tennis court, basketball and other activities for kids. We can't say enough about it. Beautiful beach. Get up early to "reserve" your palapa on the beach. Loved "authentic" rooms & decor. Best vacation ever. Could not recommend anything better.

We go back every year and it only gets better. The only destination we have ever gone to where 95% of the rooms are occupied by owners - they keeping coming back because of the way we are treated, the great food and the service. If you can get a reservation, take it.

good food, good location, great service and beautiful rooms. cascadas is a wonderful place for family vacations. Movies in the clubhouse and dinner on the beach are a must!

I love CC....it is really my home away from home. The Giddings family created and maintain a wonderful intimate resort that retains the village feeling that Cabo became so appealing to travelers. Being retired airline, I can travel anywhere but still make a point to go to CC several times per year. I'm proud to be a Legay owner and to have gotten to know the CC folks by name. The units are cleaned daily by maids including your dishes. Service is friendly. Yes, the apts. over the front of the hotel are just ok but you will be floored by the Perlas, the Arcos, and even the cute Perlitas. Baja/Mexico is a place to slow down, relax and make some memories if you are so inclined.

Not very helpfull and friendly, I have a two bedroom resort and they gave me a one bedroom that was like a hotel room very noisy next to main street. I complained but they did not care. We also experieced our first Tropical storm that looked like a huracane, no TV no radio no Phone. Food and drinks are very expensive.

If you go to Club Cascadas be Baja on an exchange with Interval International or RCI expect to be stuck in the "hotel" part of this resort. We exchanged and was put in a dinky little room near the dusty road. We were told that if you exchange to go there you would be put in this part of the resort. When we complained they moved us to a villa which was much nicer. We found the resort workers not so friendly. The pool bar tenders were always busy playing solitare on the pc and definitlely not interested in serving you. The pests peddlers on the beach would not leave you alone and the resort folks did not run them off. Over all we did not have a good experience and will not go back.

Loved the old fashioned feeling about the bungalows with the trails of palm trees within the units. The service was outstanding. The pools were yours at anytime, never crowded. No tv or phones were great. Close enough to party central, yet tucked away for rest and relaxation away from the party.

The whold family loved this place. My son who was said this must be paradise. I couldn;t believe that both of my sons had such a wonderful time, with no tv, no phone, no video games, there was internet service in the store at lobby. They really thought club cascasdas was the best. Beach had a great view of the arch only sellers on beach blocked the view alot but security came out and chased them off. Only place we would stay when we return. The other places are starting to look like hotels and condos everywhere else we've been.Have fun.
