Nice location, poor service

The location of this facility was great, very easy to get to. Not a very up to date place. Weather was a very cool 20 degrees outside, checked in went to room and it was very cold in the room. Turned the heat up to high and left, my son was involved in a show at the Perry arena. Came back 2 1/2 hours later, it was still cold in the room. Called the front desk and they said the room was "comfortable" - that may be if you were sitting in a blanket wrapped up and not trying to get showers. They really need to upgrade the heat system. About 3a.m. the room finally warmed up. Other than that, if you're looking for a less than up to par place to stay the Travel lodge in Perry is your place to stay. Janet
