Sleep Inn at the Boise Airport, Boise

On Jan 4th 2007 we stayed at this Sleep Inn because it was close to the Boise Airport. We had an early morning flight to Denver scheduled. Upon arriving we asked the desk to give us a wake up call because of that flight. We did not receive a wake up call and the desk clerk made reference to them having trouble with that lately. As a result we missed a flight and had to pay for another flight. We have been contacting them several times a week since then asking for a refund on the room and reimbursement for the flight. We are getting the run around and absolutely NO ONE wants to talk to us. We have been told now that the person we need to talk to will be in the end of February. I would never stay at this motel again because they do not put any value on their guests at all.

I enjoyed staying here. The service was great. However i did not like the fact that i could not order ny movies or roomservice or anyother accomidations such as these that i would expect from most other hotels. Th erooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. The only thing i did not like about my stay here was the fact i could not enjoy the accomidations i was looking forward to.
