It's a very nice place to stay.
I booked the hotel with Airmiles, as an overnight stay before my flight out of SeaTac Airport early the next morning.
Beautiful clean rooms. I booked a King-Sized bed, which was very comfy with soft high-count cotton sheets. I found a thicker blanket in a bottom drawer in the dresser by the foot of the bed.
Flatscreen TV, Mini Bar and Fridge. Free WiFi.
I really liked the bathroom with it's complimentary lotion, makeup remover, shampoo, conditioner, decoratively folded towels and granite counter top, tile floor.
I was a bit surprised with all this attention to detail that the Room's phone was disconnected (oddly), so I walked over to the front desk to cancel my wake up call (and use the alarm on my cell phone instead).
In the morning, was a complimentary breakfast in a little room with a view of the Golf Green .. ducks were walking around the lawn. It was very peaceful. Generally a very quiet place. The serene atmosphere helped with a good nights rest.
I could, to be honest, hear outside activity in the hallway from inside the room, and also a truck driving by at around 6:30am, through the window. I was at a room closest to the street. I don't think it would have been noticeable from a room with a view of the green.
When I went to open the door to leave, there was 2 of the day's newspapers that had been pushed evenly under the door perfectly. That was a nice touch.
Generally one must book airport parking at the time you book the room, in a package.. however, the staff were so kind and accommodated me, letting me set up a place for my car for about $5 a day while I was away.
There is a free airport shuttle bus that runs from 5am till Midnight... it takes about 10 minutes to get to SeaTac Airport. You can use the courtesy phone at the airport to directly dial the hotel to send the Shuttle for you after your flight, in the hours that it runs.
The bus driver is very friendly and personable. He asked if I wanted the "scenic route or the fast route". I chose the scenic route (which was only 5 minutes longer), and he gave me the history of the area amongst the beautiful vistas of the morning valley.
The hotel used to reimburse people who arrived at the airport between the hours of midnight and 5am, if they took a taxi, but they don't do that anymore, I was informed. However, when I brought my $21 taxi receipt, they kindly obliged and paid for my taxi anyways.
I was really happy with this place ultimately, and I would definitely stay there again. I recommend it also.
