All in all It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at SweetHotelDeals. N e t They usually have some pretty good deals on there.

really enjoyed this hotel. The rooms were nice, had a living room with a fridge and microwave. A TV in both the living room and bedroom. The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly.

Very Disappointing. I have stayed at this hotel about a dozen times. Twice I have been bumped because of over booking at this location. The first time I assumed a fluke and it could happen but twice is a pattern of bad management. These are not very good odds of actually getting a room when you book a room at this hotel. When you get bumped you will be sent to a very low standard hotel in the area which is very frustrating experience for a customer. The hotel I was sent to last night did not even come standard with shampoo or blow dryer in the room. After last nights experience I will be staying someplace else in the future. There were at least three of us last night with reservations that were all bumped at the same time. I wonder how many more customers had the same frustrating experience. I didn’t even really hear an apology. We were just told there was nothing they could do because it was over booked and they had no rooms available. I would avoid this hotel if you really want a room when you arrive. In my option the chances are not very good. There are plenty of nice hotels in the area. I will try another one in the future. This is not the standard I would expect from a Sheraton.

Hotel was Beautiful, clean and customer orienated. However I had misplaced my final Bill I called and spoke to someone twice on Saturday the 5th at the Columbus Hotel and asked could they e-mail me my final Bill, they said no problem I never received it so I called the 1-800 number to no shock was it a foreign rep that I could not understand, she transfered me to someone else and they stated that they could e-mail me in a couple of days on Monday. What a shame for something that would only take 1 minute to do could ruin a good trip.

All good. Suite nice with everything you could want. Nice hot tub, and indoor pool. Staff very friendly.

I stayed at this hotel for a week and the service was awesome. The staff was friendly and called you by name, Sam the bartender was a delight. Everything was nice, neat & clean. The computer area was a nice touch! I don't know what I would have done with out it. Also, the asst. mgr was very helpful. I asked him for directions and he actually googled the address and printed it out for me. It was very accomodating.

The hotel is just finishing up some grerat improvements. Flat Panel TV's, and a great computer station in the lobby that is free. We were able to walk to restaurants and movies. Staff was friendly.

This was a great place to stay in the Campus View/Worthington area. Many unique restaurants nearby and within walking distance to the gigantic cineplex. The restaurant isn't open for lunch or dinner which was strange, but we ended up eating out anyhow. The breakfast buffet was $15 each so we headed out for breakfast as well. The pool and spa was really nice and the decor was great. The room was one of the nicest we've ever had (and we're travelers!). It was a very comfortable suite which was tastefully decorated ... navy blues, white, stripes. VERY nice. The "living room" television was an older console model, but we didn't mind too much. Hope to stay here again!

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very clean and appealing. Great for an OSU game. We ate at the Worthington Inn, which was absolutely wonderful and then stayed at the Sheraton. No complaints.
