Our local mini vacation

We love the tropical atmosphere, relaxing for the inclusive "manager's reception" at night, and breakfast buffet or "cook-to-order" in the am. Exercise room is nice albeit somewhat small and limited. Pool area is clean and enjoyable with the exception of the hot tub. Between the number of "Not allowed" little ones and a sometimes working hot tub, this is a disappointment 2out of every 3 visits. Various family members also stay at the hotel, some when in town, and other locals for mini get-aways as well. Given the number of issues at other local hotels and the amenities offered at Embassy not available at other hotels, this is by far the best deal in the Syracuse area. We keep going back!

We love the rooms very comfrtable and relaxing. jacuzzi is great! managers reception is great. breakfast huge andso much to chose frOM.. Staff vey nice and helpful. The only i hate is having to go home. ITS WELL WORTH THE PRICE AND IT IS BEAUTIFUL.

Love the scenery!!

I really enjoyed how the comp breakfast staff took time to adress our needs. I also liked the way the hotel was set-up to the comfort of the people.

the embassy suites is beautiful and very. . relaxing. Iwent with my daughter in March 2006 and I'm going with my husband for our anniversary. Irecommend it to anyone also the breakfast is fantastic!

tropical vacation

we enjoy going here in the winter time. its like a tropical vacation. they have a huge indoor courtyard that is breathtaking. there are live plants and chairs along the pathways to sit and relax and a small indoor stream with live fish. they have a five story atrium, and its a wonderful view. the pool and hot tub are nice. they have a managers reception in the winter that includes free drinks and breakfast the next day. its great. the rooms are large and comfortable, and it can get quite noisy with the kids running around and the band playing...but that is what we go for, if you want a quiet stay you may want to make sure there is nothing going on at the hotel.

Perfect Family Location

We try to stay at Embassy Suites whenever we are in the area, which is several times a year for sporting events, and with the extras of food, beverages, and suite design we feel we are getting a great deal in a setting that minimizes stress and maximizes comfort. Having a suite when travelling with children ensures everyone a comfortable, stress-free stay. There's plenty of room to spread out, two televisions so no fighting, and a kitchenette to keep everyone happy at all hours. Embassy's cook-to-order breakfast is a wonderful feature--wide selection and no pressure for everyone to get up and eat at the same time. Everyone starts the day happy and well-fed. The evening Manager's Reception gives Mom and Dad a chance to relax and chat--a rare treat! This is a great value for anyone but especially for travelling families.

Gorgeous!!!

We absolutely loved it! Once inside, you felt like you had stepped into a tropical forest! It had foliage, and a small stream running right in the the courtyard. The room was nicely furnished, and decorated. Very clean, and comfortable! We also enjoyed a complimentary breakfast! It was the best complimentary breakfast we've ever had! We expected the usual...cereal, muffins, toast, etc...Here we had made to order omelets...bacon, sausage...whatever you wanted...It was definitely a meal fit for a king! We enjoyed it very much...and highly recommend it! I should also mention that the staff was very helpful and friendly too!

My Stay at the Embassy Suites
