Comfort Inn Green Bay, Green Bay

We rolled into town and found this hotel nearby from our GPS. I called and spoke with the front desk staff. They were very friendly and helpful. We got our room, which was very basic, but very clean and organized. The towels in the bathroom were very white and fluffy. Continental breakfast was provided and was very good. The hotel is a very nice, economy hotel. The indoor swimming pool and hot tub were perfect for relaxing. I would definately stay here again.

The room was clean and comfortable, as was the pool area. My only complaint is that when we checked in, we were told that breakfast was served until 10:30. We came down at around 10:05 and began serving ourselves and were snapped at by the employee who was cleaning up, and told that breakfast ended at 10:00. She "allowed" us to help ourselves to what was left, but hovered over us until we were finished. We explained that we had been told that breakfast was served until 10:30, and she said, "Well, I'm sorry about that, but you should have checked the sign in your room." Why would we check when a hotel employee had already given us the information? She also turned off the juice machine just as she noticed a family with a small child was walking towards it to get the child a glass of juice. Up until that moment, my husband and I were actually planning to write the hotel a letter telling them how much we had enjoyed our stay. But the customer service - at least among their morning staff - is seriously lacking! Still, we would probably stay there - it's a great value for the amount of money you pay to stay there. Just don't be late for breakfast if you don't want your head bitten off!!

Cons: Not too many that I can think of. The place is becoming a little out of date and some of the fixtures, particularly in the bathroom, are starting to suffer. Pros: The absolute best thing about this place is the people. We had an emergency and had to get to the hospital at 3 am. The gentleman at the front desk, Dave, was very helpful in getting us to the closest and nicest place he could think of. Also, the women during the day will do little favors for you, things that make your stay so much more pleasant. Lastly, it is only a five minute drive to Lambeau. Certainly nice for getting back and forth to the stadium.

The Comfort Inn in Green Bay was a great place to stay. The rooms were clean, they serve a very good breakfast and the staff was very pleasant.

I stayed at the Comfort Inn last week. I found the room clean and comfortable, and the service great! I met their GM and he should give his staff a raise for their hard work and dedication given to the hotel. I will most certainly be staying there the next time I am back in Green Bay. Keep up the GREAT work!!

Great location. Close to the highway. Just off Oneida St., which has a lot of great places to eat. Only bad thing was there was a hair stuck to the shower wall when I arrived and it never moved the whole time...I didn't touch it and the cleaning person didn't either. I would go back.

On a scale of 1-10...I'd rate my stay at Green Bay's Comfort Inn being over 10! I do alot of business in the area, and my choice is always The Comfort Inn. Not only is it affordable, its a comfortable stay, the rooms are always clean and the serice of the staff exceptional! I have recommended my other business associates, and friends to stay here when they are in town as well. They werent disappointed! Keep up the GREAT work Comfort Inn, you all are the BEST!!

We have stayed at other hotels in the Green Bay area, but none better than The Comfort Inn-Green Bay! The room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. Loved the pool and whirl pool too. The location was close to shopping and dining which is a BIG plus, because after travelling so far, was nice everything was close by. And the Staff are great! They made sure we were happy with our stay there...we loved our stay, and will be coming back next year!

We stayed at the hotel a couple weeks ago...the room we rented was VERY clean, and the staff VERY friendly!! We were treated more like "Family" than just guests here. We will DEFINATELY be coming back!!

This was a very nice hotel with a reasonable rate. It was very clean, had a nice pool area, great location, close to our favorite restaurants & shopping. The staff was very friendly & knowledgeable. We will be staying at this hotel again when we do our Christmas shopping, can't wait!
