Love this hotel.

We have stayed at the Ramada for the last four years, and just love it. The hotel has extremely large grounds which are beautifully presented, and an amazing pool which is right on the beach. We love that there are loads of deck chairs well spread out in and around the pool area so you are not crammed in like sardines. The staff here are just great. All very friendly and helpful, and always going that extra mile. Yes, the rooms are getting a little bit tired, but this in no way would deter us from going. On our trip this year, we checked out all the hotels from Ramada down to the centre of Kuta, and strongly believe this hotel is the best value for money. It also has a great buffet breakfast which we enjoyed each morning. Well done Ramada. We would recommend you to all.

The hotel was incredible; its service, cleanliness, location, value, and amenities. The rooms were cool; clean, tropical Bali style.

Good Hotel To Stay?

I stay for 4 days in this Hotel, changing 3 rooms due to air-con not cool (I think temp ~ 25 degree C). At the end, tolerate by requesting an additional standing fan. What a funny Hotel I ever stay. Good things about the Hotel; it is beautiful and the staff are friendy.

Great Hotel!! Excellent Staff!! Amazing location

I took a trip to Bali with my friend..We were apprehensive about the location of the hotel and wanted to be in the heart of the city and also choose a good Hotel. I would love to share that Ramada is a gr8 hotel..The staff is simply SUPER..I have travelled a lot,,but i must say Balinese people are the best ppl you will come accross.. the hoel is 5-10 min walk from Kuta square and about a 10 min drive to the party places in Legian Street and beautiful/ quiet Nusa Dua area..

We stayed at the Ramada Bintang from 1/12 untill 8/12 2006. What a dreadfull experience. To big, to old, poor service, rooms are very small and very noisy. It's a massive 'old school' hotel and it seems like time stood still. Due to the fact that it's a sort of state hotel there are lots of large groups of government and company people. The wrong mix if you're looking for quality time, peace and comfort or relaxation, absolutely terrible Reception personel is very inflexible and not to friendly. A least not aware of the fact that one is a customer a/o guest. No value for money. Tip: avoid the buffets! The hotel desparety needs a total renovation. It claimes to be a 4/5 star hotel, I would rate it not more than 2,5.

Was probally one the of best hotel within that area

We had quite a experience in Bali while staying in bintang bali cause it was so close to just about everything. We also used the packages and the prices were okay considering that we are college students. highly recommened for those who are here looking for a good time and to avoid getting into hotels that are not even worth the price.
