Reception closed between 10pm and 7am... not suitable for business travelers. No service hotel. No room service. These are referred in the hotel as "apartments". You must "pull out" your bed... meaning, turn your sofa into a bed and get the pillows out of the broom closet. Mini kitchen is very old. I wouldn't want to cook my food there. Was clean enough otherwise. My phone would not dial out, and since reception was closed (I checked in just before 10pm), I couldn't get assistance. It was 10 euros more expensive than my very nice Mercure hotel room in Grenoble. I would never stay there again.

We will never stay there again !!

There is not any hotel personel to be contacted after 10 PM. My friend left his room key inside the room and returned at 10.30 PM. There was no way to get into the room and he had to stay overnight my room.
