Super 8 Romeoville Bolingbrook, Romeoville

Dirty, poorly maintained. Shower curtain rod hanging off wall, hole in bathroom door, noisy and broken air conditioning unit. Girlfriend was so upset she wanted to leave. Won't walk barefoot on carpets. They feel slippery like a 50 year old couch in a fishing cabin. Truly a gross place. Moldy shower curtain. Talked about buying blankets at WalMart and sleeping in car.

Room was extremely dirty. Carpets worn out. Towels were worn out (Thin) Sheets don't fit the bed. One bed in the room has a broken box spring, 3 inches lower on one side. Furniture is old and ragged. Breakfast area is unsanitary, no tongs for bread and bagels, dirty bread case.Cream cheese left out for hours with no refrigeration. Stairwell had no door handle to enter lobby (Fire code violation) Bath tub fills with water as you shower (3 inches in 6 minutes) Tub and sink are covered in a dirty film. The hotel manager came and saw the conditions and did nothing. No maintenance, no cleaning crew. This is worse than when I shared an apartment with my brother when I was in my 20's.

I stayed here with my family. Excellent staff and clean rooms. Very cooperative staff and great continental breakfast. I will always come back.

Stayed here for several nights last month and was impressed with the helpful staff and wonderful service. Clean, quiet, comfortable room, good cable, and a Mcdonalds next door. I've tried to save money in Romeoville (it was about 59.00 per night for this Super 8 during this event, which is great) everything promised is delivered as well as great value.

They have bedbugs and when we checked out early and they wanted to know why they wanted a sample!!!!
