La Quinta Inn & Suites Raleigh Aerial Center Parkway, Morrisville

Great value. We had an early morning flight, was able to leave our car there and take the free airport shuttle. This is not a 5 star hotel nor is it priced that way. We had 2 very nice, clean, comfortable rooms. Will stay there again. Service was great.

I booked a room here to accommodate my wife and also my brother in law who had to enroll/register at NCS. We were booked for 5 nights, but only used the hotel room as a base to come back to. I have never been to Raleigh or visited the NC/Raleigh area. To say that I was somewhat apprehensive regarding trying make my wife and her brother feel at ease in this new area, would be an understatement. No need to worry, for the people at the front desk, and those that worked at this hotel, were more than helpful regarding any and all requests/information that I needed. The continental breakfast was very nice, and the gentleman working it made sure that everything was fresh, clean and full. He also kept us updated on all the latest MLB scores. Coming from Boston originally, but living in Taiwan for the past 21 years, the people at this hotel made us feel more than welcome. Southern hospitality at its finest. I would be more than happy to return to this hotel and it gets my recommendation for other travellers and those coming to this area with families. It's not the Ritz, but it was more than helpful/useful for what we needed.

The carpets had all kinds of food on them, the room didn't appear to have been cleaned at all. Even though we informed the front desk that we wouldn't be checking out before noon, the maid still tried to clean our room while we were still in it.

One of the dirtiest and smelliest hotels I have ever stayed at. It was so bad that I could not take a shower because of the dirt in the tub. I could not sleep because of the smell and I was afraid of getting bed bugs. I checked all the bed linen and even checked under the mattress for bugs. I did not find any bugs, but the dirt and smell was horrible. I will never stay at another Baymont Inn again. It was an aweful experience. I checked into my room after 11:00pm and had to catch an early flight, so I went ahead and stayed, but will be more careful in the future. I was so very disappointed.

The hotel was quiet and clean. Nice Breakfast. Would choose to stay there again. Our key to our room was not working a couple of times when we tried to enter our room. Front desk personnal was accomidating.
